CBs calibrate to Talkabouts?

CBs calibrate to Talkabouts?
To all of you techno-geeks!
Excuse the newbie question, but is it at all possible to sync up CBs to Motorola Talkabouts? Or are these 2 WAY too different to even think about something like this?

Nope, ain't gonna happen. The Talkabouts are operating at appx 462Mhz, while CB is sitting at 27Mhz.
