I bought a carpet set for my wife's Taurus on EBAY for $50. I asked him about a set just outright for a Cherokee (dang water leaking pig) and he said he could get me a set for $125. I THINK this was the seller......albrights1
It did not seem to be OEM thickness, but fit well with only minor trimming required. I don't think any of the non-OEM carpets fit perfect, but I have only installed 1. Took an afternoon.

Replaced my carpet a few years ago with a set from preformanceproducts.com (kinda overpriced IMO). It fit well with a little trimming but the color and texure were not that great. I just changed carpet again last week with a very nice piece I found in the junkyard. I like the OEM carpet much better.
....anyways as for aftermarket try www.car-carpet.com Its cheaper then $400
