I just ran out side and checked to make sure the idle kicked up and take a peek at the sight glass..... Idle kickes up to about 900 and the sight glass looks a milky light green color?

Condenser in front of the radiator clean? Low on refrigerant? Did you search here or on google for milky light green color in a/c sight glass or something similar?

power wash the AC condensor. The thing in front of the radiator. Its a lack of air flow that is probably causing the problem.

Or your fan clutch is on its way out and isn't pulling enough air at idle.
