When I got my '90 4Runner, my ac wasnt the best, but at times it blew semi-cool air out(needs to be recharged), the other day I noticed that now the ac light doesn't even come on anymore, it used to, I checked for a fuse and couldn't find one that would be for it in the kick panel or under the hood. Is there another fuse I need to check that is on the same circuit?

 

yes, there is a small fuse box next the the Evaporator case under the passenger side of the dash, it only holds 2-3 fuses.

 

I guess it could be a fuse, but the A/C light is probably just a bulb behind the button being burned out. My A/C works fine (in my 89), but the bulb burned out several years ago.

Of course I would recommend finding the leak in the system and fix that too.

 

I have a full charge on mine, and the light wont come on, but it doesnt work, Not that I use it ever...
