I am a big fan of those tires too! Your truck looks great. I think that 35s are a bit much for me right now, but I am thinking that I can do 255/85/16s on my stock wheels and be able to live with it.

I am interested in what your cruising RPMs are at 70 or thereabouts. Seems like with 35s and 5.29s you would be at about 4.30s if you had stock tires...am I way off on this?

Bushwacker came with the tape and rubber thing for the edge on the flares. It`s great!
You are worried about "the look", which I totally agree with cause you got a gorgeous 4runner, but won't "the look" deteriorate with time as rocks flying out of your tires destroy your rocker panel? Don't the fender flares only protect your upper 4runner body? My buddy has fender flares without mud flaps and now he has huge, rusted out holes in his rockers. Just curious.

Cheers

Either bumper would look great on your truck. I have the T-15 on mine and love it. Click on the My Profile link in my sig for pictures.
oops thanks for correct it. yes i meant the TJM-17. looks sicks. Doesn't hoops reduce lights in the night time?

I know, I have no choice. I'll look out for that. If the paints peel off from that, I would just spray paint to cover it.

There might be, but I have not noticed any reduction in light.

dang looks good man. how are you likin those SSR's? they balance out OK? who did you get them from? im looking to get a set of those...

oh and if you want some rocker protection without going mudflaps, look into getting some sliders (that should be a given anyway) and get some inserts welded in between the inner & outer bars to protect the spray. theres a guy on another board thats done it..it looks awesome and is totally functional. i'll probably be doing the same for my next sliders...

...so whens the shakedown run?

I never get the tire balanced. stupid abbrsy tires. I love the SSR so far. maybe in the spring time, I'd like to go to vedder mountain.

3400rpm at 70, 2800 at 60. I figured I gain 400ish rpm from 4.10 with 245/85/16 at 60mph.

WOW! I take it you don't do many long trips with that truck then...
