My front bumper is starting to rust on the inside and it does not show on the exterior yet. Is there a way to stop the rust from going all the way through? Is it possible to use some sort of rust preventative on the inside to stop the rust from going any further ?

Wire brush it if it isn't too far gone, then sand it, then hit it with a rattle can. Rustoleum or the like.

 

straight white vinegar works too
