Bull Bar modification for body lift?

Has anyone modified their ARB bull bar to accomodate a body lift? I think I found a way to do it by re-drilling the holes lower and a little cutting, but I don't want to compensate strength or cause any leverage related problems. I have a 1.5" body lift.

much appreciated,

Dozer

I did it on my Sahara Bar, but I think the regular bull bar mounts are different. Could you post a pic?

Yup... TSTango has an option that won't compromise strength and I also like the bumper lower. I like the way my lights are partially covered by the hoops, and I also like the way I can just barely see the hoops from the drivers seat, I know its there but not quite as in your face as before. Plus, my bumper is high enough, if I hit someone I'd be scared I'd end up on top or on my roof as it is

TSTango's rig,

Ive got the pieces sitting on my floor, but I won't have the time til next weekend to get mine on. I got two colors, white and a silver which I could paint black if I feel the need. I'm going to try the white first though.

Hey, thanks for the idea. Its alot easier than modifying the mounting configuration. I had to look twice at the pics because I couldn't even tell the filler strip was in there!
