Body lift for prerunning

I am starting to figure out all my prerunning components and was wondering if a body lift is a bad idea for prerunning. I don't want something to break if I go off a jump. Also kinda worried about the higher center of gravity.

Do not use a body lift if you are prerunning it. I think its pretty excepted that they are a bad idea cause the body can shift on hard landings.

I've seen a few trucks with body lifts after jumping a few times. Quadruple the cost of the body lift was around the average repair cost for the damage. If you even remotely like your truck, don't do it.
