Blown Head Gasket, How to get H20 out of crankcase?

Any advice on how to get the water out of the crankcase once I've made repairs? I mean after i've drained as much of the contaminated oil as I can and change the filter etc.


Oh yeah, it's a 87' 4x4 Pickup with a 22REC if that makes any difference.

It is a must to drop the oil pan and clean it out. Do that and you should be good to go. Some will say this is not needed, but I disagree.
