billet grills

Anyone got a billet grill installed on a 2nd gen? How about one of the hexagonal grills like on the new GMC's? Got pictures?

How do you guys get the nads to chop up your factory grills for gutterguard grills?

if you're that reluctant to cut your grille, you can always get another. you can probably score one for 50-70 bucks from a junkyard/parts website, maybe less from ebay.

after a 3/4 shackle goes thru the grill its alot easier

i used a dremel and little zipties to hold it in place

if i were to do it again i would use a peice of cardboard as a templete and then cut the gutter guard or other
