If I had a digicam I'd take some pics around here. In my neighborhood (5 square miles or so) there are 4, yes four, 4runners on 44's. 3 of them are IFS, and one is a solid axle. There was 5, but that guy tried driving over a junk car and twisted the front of his frame. Its now toast, but he only bought it for $500, so it wasn't that big of a loss.

Guys,

That's not Chinatown or Japan---that's Korea of all places! Probably some rich, spoiled kid, no doubt. Having been there 4 times in the last 12 months, I have yet to see a 4runner. Even near the big military base in Seoul.

In Korea, you can park on the sidewalk if the owners of the store let you. Yes, parking is that bad.

Oh yeah, its fugly.

maybe its a legality thing? tire cant extend past the outer edge of the fender or something? i noticed scofco's post (#14) the lifted greenie had the same thing.

Laws vary from state to state.
Where I am, the tires can't extend more than 1" from the body.
I think mine are right on the border of 1", I've never measured.

If caught, the police will give you X amount of days to resolve the problem, after that you will get a fine.
