Best way to clear clogged a/c drain line?

I'm pretty sure my a/c drain is plugged up and I'm wondering if it is easy to get to it from inside and how exactly to do it. What do I need to remove to access the tube? Thanks for the help.

it would be easier to work from bottom up . run a wire or something up the tube, but don't get to aggressive you might damage something depending how stiff the wire is.

String trimmer line is pretty much ideal. I haven't done it on my Toyota so I can't tell you where.

My dad uses his air compressor when his Heep gets clogged up.
