best to buy oem paint and clear coat

I am getting someone to paint my hood and roof where it is faded and peeling, is the dealer the only place I can pick up a quart of paint? Where/what is the best place/type of clear coat to get? thanks

Any good auto paint shop should be able to match it up. Or some auto parts stores have paint sections that can match your paint.
and then have the someone paint away.
