The non-height adjustable seats on base/SR5s (1996-2000)... how high do they sit in comparison to the height adjustable ones?

In 2001, did all 4Runners, regardless of wheel size, have the larger 13" brakes? I know that 96-00 4Runners only had 13" brakes with 16" wheels. I couldn't find anything on JA's website.

I found a really cheap 2001 with 24,000 in the right color... it's just a base model. It's got power windows/locks and the upgraded stereo, but very little else. It has 16" alloys from a Tundra and judging by the rest of the equipment, it had 15" steel or alloys standard. It doesn't have the height-adjustable seats, either.
