Bad Vibrations?

About two years ago I replaced my muffler and exhaust pipe as the pipe had broke off from the muffler. Almost a year later it does again, and now almost a year to date it has happened again in the same spot.

Any ideas as to what could cause something like this?

and what the hell should I do

Is this a low spot in your exhaust? If so water could be pooling there and promoting the rust. I've seen a pinhole left on purpose to eliminate this. A drain hole if you will..

Well, a suggestion is your exhaust hangers could be screwed.

This is on my 99 Taco 3RZ, Its a bracket that hold the downpipe to the transmission to keep vibrations down.

Make sure that is there..

One would like to think the dealer would have checked the hangers before re-installing?

You could install a flex pipe to reduce some of the stress on the muffler. Any muffler shop should be able to help you out. Good luck.
