auto rad in manual?

Am I loosing cooling capacity with an automatic transmission radiator in a manual transmission vehicle? I ordered one for manual but thus one has a tranny cooler on it.

most places only carry the auto one. One part for two transmissions.

The 5 speed rad was 16400-75160. Good luck finding one. Toyota lists that P/N as substituted by 16410YZZAJ, the same one used in the slush-box trucks.

I'm still running my original rad in my '99 5 speed, and with good maintenance, I hope to get quite a few more years out of it.
