Well we got the head situation figured out. Thanks Phil for the tech advice and engnbldr! Runnerboy97 came out today and Cootees and it was a slow morning but once we got rolling we got quite a bit accomplished. Thanks guys for coming out...enjoy the pics...oh yeh found another crack on that cam (good eye John) about the same length as the other one! Look closely at the cam pic.

When I get home from school tomorrow I'm gonna start assembling the motor. Get the heads on so I can get the chain out of the flywheel to turn the crank and get the converter off. Its gotta go back together this week

You may want to call engnbldr and pick his brain a bit about torquing heads down. I learned quiet a bit from the old guy when it comes to head bolts and technique. It may save you another head gasket job in the future. Motor looks really nice.
