I've only just noticed this and I want to check to see if anyone else with a TJM-15 experiences this too. I noticed that my corner turn signals do not light up, only the turn signals on my TJM bumper.

1. Either the shop that installed my TJM forgot to wire-up my corner turn signals; or

2. The corner turn signals do not work with a TJM.

I haven't had a chance to pull the corner lights to see if there are any unconnected wires. I'll have time this weekend to check. Any assistance is appreciated.

 

um...the corner lights should have nothing to do with the lights in the TJM. the corners are olny the parking lights, and the bumper lights are only the blinkers. they shoul have just splices the TJM wires right into the factory turn signal wires for it all to work right.

Ian-if you still want the roof light wired up, let me know. or i can help with the bumper lights this weekend as well.

 

Your corner lights have probably never worked as turn signal lights. I don't think any of the 4Runners have that feature from the factory. You're probably just now noticing sing you put the TJM on.

Maybe it's the lack of sleep with the new baby :cry: :cry: . For some stupid reason I thought the amber colored light in the corner lights was also a turn signal light. I see it when the alarm is activated (it lights up and you hear a beep).
