If so what kind, and what kind of power did you notice after the install?? Where did you get them from and how much? Thanks

 

Definetly get more power from them, but nothing earth shattering. Most 4 cylinder sedans are still going out run you. I found mine used for $300 shipped on another board.
They are a real pita to install (took me 16 hours with another person) and you need to worry about a crossover pipe as well (another couple hundred bucks). If I had it to do over again I probably wouldn't do it and be lifted by now....but it sure is nice hearing the headers when I step on it.
