Anyone made thier own body lift?
Here's the deal I got a PA 3" body-lift from a friend of mine for free he took it off his runner and put on a 1". I was thinking of cutting the blocks in half and getting some longer bolts for it. So I would be making a custom 1.5" Body-Lift.
I know I would need grade 8 hardware what should I get 1/2" dia or 5/8"?

Nope I won't do hockey pucks that is way too back woods of a mod for me.
I was thinking of having a machine shop use a band saw and cut 5 of the body blocks in half that way they would be pretty even at 1.5" each.
