I've never heard of that before. But I wish I had. My '90 was notorious for hood flutter, especially at highway speeds when 18-wheelers would go by in the opposite direction. You would have thought the hood was coming off. I haven't noticed it, however, on my 2000.

Chih,

I've seen it but I've never purchased it or know anyone who did.

I did have the hood flutter on my 99 b/c of the wind deflector so thats why when I bought my 98, I decided to go with the Xpel stuff. Much better, much cleaner looking too with absolutely NO hood flutter:

Haha, I've been under Corey's influence for about 2 years now! I bought all the stuff he recommended including the Griot's products and the Corey Cable. I didn't get the results w/ the Griots stuff on the black 99 4runner so I switched to Zaino.

I'm going to use all the rest of the crappy Meguiars stuff I have on my 98 and then use the Zaino for both my wife's dark green Camry as well as my 4runner.

But back to the Xpel stuff: I really think alot of you guys would be really impressed if you saw this stuff in person. The perception I get is that its difficult to apply, but it really wasn't difficult at all w/ the exception of the side mirrors.

Ya, my dad has that stuff on his Audi. It really is awesome. It was a factory option, so it wasn't cheap, but it is great, and isn't even noticeable unless you are right on top of the vehicle.
