Any writeups on changing the valve cover gasket?

It looks like I have some oil marks on the corner of the valve cover, passenger side, closest to firewall, and I think its a leaky valve cover gasket. Are there any writeups on changing these? More importantly, are there any writeups on removing the entire intake plenum, throttle body, etc?

I have the same thing going on. I'll be ordering the gaskets pretty soon but I have another question to add, Anybody who's changed these things, have you also changed you're spark plug tube gaskets as well? Alldatadiy.com suggests it in their write-up on changing the gaskets.

Runner4 have you subscribed to Alldatadiy.com? it's got loads of factory write-ups as well as part numbers and torquw values, not to mention all the good schematics.

No - I haven't subscribed, but I have checked the site out. Looks pretty interesting though, beside the $15 subscription fee. Thanks.

for me it was 24.95 and then 15 for each vehicle after that. that sub. fee is nothing for the amount of data you get and can print as well. Their's are the directions I'm going to follow when I do mine since they are taken straight from the FSM.
