Any writeups on changing TPS?

Anybody know where I can find a writeup for changing the TPS? I am getting code PO120, which I guess means TPS circuit problem. The shop wants $100 to do a physical diagnosis, but the part only costs $80, so if it is easy to change, and it still doesn't solve the problem, I am still doing better than paying their diagnostic fee. I think it is just a matter of undoing a few screws. It just is nice to get a decent writeup with pictures and pro-tips.

just 2 phillips screws, difficulty level -1. (0 would be the easiest).

all you need is to find a short screw driver. disconnect the battery "-"
