"When I turned it on this morning it was acting like it was going to stall, so I gave it some gas and the rpms went crazy. Then it finally evened out and I drove to work without a hitch. The temp, battery and oil pressure are all fine. I just went out at lunch and turned it on to check. It wasn't as bad as this morning but it was shaky."

I suggested she throw a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in. How long does that stuff take to run its course?

 

Well, what sort of vehicle does she drive and what kind of transmission. also "RPM's going crazy" is a little hard to interpret. Need a little more info for any sort of diagnosis.

 

It sounds like yer dohickey is got some bad karma with yer watchamacallit. Unless it's a automatic tranny...In which case I have no idear whatcher talkin' about.
