antenna question--not motor
Hey all,
So the other day we had a pretty decent ice storm. The power antenna in my '02 4Runner came up, powered through the ice, and appeared to work. Drove around for awhile, and got some more ice on it. Turned the truck off, and it powered down well, peeling off the ice as it went.
The antenna still continues to work well, going up and down, but I've lost reception on a couple channels. What gives? Its really disturbing that the radio continues to work on some channels but not on others. I think all the electronic components are still under warranty, so I think I'm just going to take it to the dealership, but I want to know what to expect.
I'm also probably the biggest electrical dumbass on this board, so I doubt I'm not going to feel comfortable doing anything on my own.
As always, thanks guys.

all the ice is gone now.
something i didn't mention, but Lee raises, is that the stations that aren't coming in are the farthest away (~30miles).
