haha thats true. the thought just makes me laugh thinking of some asian guy putting on our exhaust, and here we come making it all loud and deep sounding.

when you open your window it creates a low pressure area and your exhaust fumes will go right to it
but if i could id open the window but it stinks most of the time so i dont..
it comes in handy when you need to yell at someone behind you

OH yeah.... I get the fumes... I never drive with the window down. it pulls in dust and exhust, and everything else under the sun. I personally wish the first gens came with a lift style window, like some of the old land crusiers. I dig the tail gate, but i hate the electric window. Mine will blow out occasionally, making a nice 200 dollar replacement, not to mention the time with the vacuum. Worst part is that it only happens when it's cold, so i get a nice cold drive home. This is one area that is much improved on the 3rd gens.

My dog also loves it in back. I lower the rear seats, move the rear window down enough for him to stick his head out (but not all the way so he could get out), and he just has a ball back there. People who come up behind me in traffic are always startled when they see him stick his head our there...
