Aligment issues after Toytech 3" spacer lift?

Hello ebryone, Is anybody had Aligment issues after installing the Toytech 3" spacer lift? I recently got new tires (33x12.5x15) so I went to get an aligment, and the guy said to me that because of the lift, the camber adjustment was already maxed out on the driver side and not a lot of available adjustment left on the passenger side. He said that dure to this, he could only get it close enough aligned. Looking at the truck, you can tell the tires have somewhat of a positive camber to them. At least enough to be visible that is. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Get the upper control arms from toytech also. They compensate for the lift. I got them and haven't had any issues.
