Aftermarket wheel locks w/ washers?

Hi all. I've found some wheel locks to fit the lugs for the 4Runner however, they do not have the washer like the factory lug nuts. They are tapered and the threads match (12 X 1.5) but, they seem "shorter". On the factory nuts there's the taper at the open end then a washer further up next to the flats. On the aftermarket one's I've seen, there's another taper where the factory nuts have the washer. Make sense?
I don't want to put them on and they bottom out and/or don't hold like the 'yota stock nuts. Has anyone had any issues with these? Does Toyota make any?
Thanks.

It should look just like the stock one except for the security head instead of hex.

Maybe you could ask the dealer to look at what they sell for 4Runners?

forclean, the ones I'm using are just like you described, and I haven't had any problems with them.

thanks eric! I thought it was odd that all the aftermarket ones I've seen are designed that way.
