after market ignition coils

i'm thinking about buying a malory coil that puts out 45000 volts. my question is how many volts do normal ignitions put out and do you think i would notice a difference in performance>

As I understand it, they do not affect performance that much...may make a tiny little difference but nothing like headers or something lol.
