Ac clutch fuse

Ac clutch fuse
Hi all
I am looking to see where the ac clutch fuse is on the toyota. I have a 02 tacoma. On my 85 it is under the dash but i do not see it on the 02.
I just hooked up the flex 210 and instead of slpicing wires I am hoping that I can take it off the compressor fuse.
I am also haveing a massive vibration in the fan when it is on .Engine running or not.
I can put my hand in the middle of them push and it goes away, the plastic it flexing. Does anyone else have this problem?
