What year do you have? Sometime around 2002 or 2003 Toyota started using a different ATF, it may have a longer life I don't know.

I just did the whole pan drop & flush at 60K, and replaced the fluid with Amsoil. My ATF schedule is:
60K: Drop Pan, replace filter, flush
75K: Drain Pan, Refill
90K: Drain Pan, Refill
105K: Drain Pan, Refill
120K: Drop Pan, replace filter, flush
repeat...

Toyota recommends 30K if towing a trailer for ATF replacement (http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com/index.php). I feel that using high quality ATF, using short interval drain/fills, and not overloading my transmission by towing; that I should be plenty fine with this schedule.

If you're towing, just put in a large auxiliary transmission cooler and you'll be fine. When you inspect the fluid, look at the color and smell it. If it smells burnt, you're overdue for fluid change.
