Which is it?
After changing all my fluids over to Mobil 1 recently, with the exception of the transmission, I decided to go ahead and have a fluid exchange done and switch to Mobil 1 ATF also. The mechanic that did it checked the fluid level several times and said it was right. After driving home I checked it myself and the level is over the full mark (hot). I did a search and have found posts
stating both that overfull is bad and other posts stating the there is an overflow on the transmission and it will not hurt it. Don't want to do any damage, so could someone clarify as to which way it is? Thanks!
