Nice. Anxious to see the end result. What are you going to do with the stock bumper. I could use one if you want to get it out of the way.

Update on the BOB

I took 10 Inches out, and the tailgate is right on the line behind the shackles, Exactly where I wanted it, YAY.

Still a work in progress though..

I gots to go to work so this is my short lil update..

Yes flux wire, umm .30 iirc.

Al, thanks man, trust me I was scared.

Cyi5, I've heard dcab toppers will fit these things if you take out 13", and I only took out 10", good Idea though, I might have to do some research and some measuring to see... I've always wanted a soft topper

Robb: yepp cutoff wheel and that's it. I heard a sawzall is kinda dinky when trying to get a real straight line for a project like this. The cutoff wheel was perfect.

Said it before, the garage is cluttered with moms junk, and the driveway is too uneven.. My neighbors weren't home, and they never really trip anyway, besides if they did I'd refer them to a certain jpeg of a pirate4x4 smiley
