99 Runner brakes and battery info needed.

3.4 V6/ 4wd/SR5
Hey guys,
I'll be changing out my battery soon, so is there one brand that rises above the rest especially out here in the Arizona heat? 115 in the shade yesterday!
If so....... a part number would be great. Out here, a warrany on the battery can be your best friend because they all go in 2-3 yrs or so.

Of course, my front brakes are questionable at best and vibrate when they get hot. I'd like to change out the pads and rotors.
Whats the best combo and best price.
There was a recent brake thread but I can't find it.
Thanks guys, kenny S>

brakes i think most will say that Brembo rotors with Hawk pads are your best combo. The price might be a lil bit more but they are worth the extra penny. And for your battery, it depends how what you typically use it. If you have like subs or something then consider getting a deep cycle battery, otherwise if not then i think any battery will do.

Optima 34Rs are very popular on this site. So are the Exide Orbitals.

I have owned many different Optimas over my lifetime and have never had a problem with them.

Do a quick search here on Optimas and Exides and you should get a lot of good info.
