Looking to upgrade from the valance on the front of my 4runner, don't like having the rectangle foglights. Is the newer front lip a direct replacement? I know Perf Products used to sell a replacement lip to hold circle driving lights, but I can't find it on their site anymore. I just want to replace the lower lip, not the bumper itself.

But is it direct bolt on? Or do I have to make mods to get it to fit?

 

The fat-lip bumper lower valence is longer (at the sides) than the older one. You'll need to do some trimming to let it fit. but then the bolt holes may not align..

im probably going to sell my old one.

its a bit scratched up though.

 

I think you need to swap the whole bumper over since I'm sure they area bit different as in the turn signals are part of the lower valence on the "99+.

Here's a front shot of mine to compare to your earlier bumper but exact measurements would be needed.
