99 4runner: Timing chain OR belt?

99 4runner v6

does this thing have timing chain or belt?

if it is a belt setup I better change it! What else needs to be changed at the same time?

water pump, tensioner, anything else?

I had all the likely possibilities, changed what was needed, returned the rest. Water pump had a mild leak, seems this is kind of common? One of the pulleys bearings wasn't real bad but didn't sound smooth enough.
Belts and hoses. Coolant.
Easy cept'n that darned tensioner, but I did it only with basic tools, a tool to hold the crank pulley still to get the bolt out and a torque wrench that could do the job.
