98 3.4l automatic. died when reversing

Earlier today when I was backing out of a parking space, I turned the wheel fully to the left and the truck bogged down and died. I put it in neutral started back up, drove to work no issues. When I left work, started truck put in reverse, it started cutting out, I through it back in neutral rpms went back up, gave it a little gas, put in reverse, back out and drove home fine, my idle did drop to 500 rpm when I was in my driveway, but it did not die

I cleaned my throttle body, and my mass air flow, like 2 weeks ago, haven't had any issues till today. Is this a air control valve issue or what.

There was no CEL either.

Started this morning drove to work no issues. Swung by AutoZone check for codes, nothing. So a couple of things I am leaning towards. A dirty idle air control valve, since I didn't clean it when I cleaned the throttle, or vacuum leak, (IAC). Thoughts?

More than likely its the idle air control valve. I've had to replace a few on the 3.4's. You should also have a power steering idle up valve near your power steering pump on the pressure line. Make sure its plugged in (98 should be electric) or hoses connected (97 and earlier)

I scrubbed my IAC it was pretty chunky. Everything seems good for now, I will check my power steering
