96-98 Grill fit 99?
Quick question, will the grill from a 96-98 4runner fit on a 99? I know they changed the grill style in 99, and I was wanting to do the FJ look alike grill and its much easier with a 96-98 grill, since they are designed different, I just dont want to buy a grill then not have it fit correctly. I know it should fit, but has anyone done this?

You should have no problem putting a 96-98 grill in your 99. I went the other way, 99 grill on my 98. What I would like to find is an 02 as I like the split grill look of the 02. the mounting locations are identical so it will be no problem. Have fun!
