I can't guarantee it, but I am pretty sure.
The best thing to do is compare your rig with the year of the type of bar they say it fits.

But as far as I know, I don't see why there would be any changes.

I'm pretty sure they are. the bars on my 95 had directions for a 1990 4runner, as the material was copywritten in 1989, so they were probably made right then. they fit no problem.

I hope you got some small fingers though, its hard go get taht back bolt in

I love my maniks. I prefered the design of those over the smittybuilt. They seem sturdy but then I don't use them. They're on there for others to use, I just hop in. I'll take some pics and have them up this weekend.
