92 4WD PU Lurches and hesitates??

Hi, i am a relatively new Toyota owner. I bought a 92 kingcab 4wd 6 cylinder 5 speed about 6 months ago. She just broke 100, 000 miles I love my truck and will never go back to anything else. The problem I am having is the truck lurches and hesitates. I thought for sure it was the fuel filter so I changed that but it didn't help. Plugs look fine although I haven't done any maintaince on her except change oil. She looks well taken care of. She idles great just sitting there but when I go to take off she starts lurching just like it was a fuel filter problem. She kicks and bucks as i shift through the gears. Once I get her into 4th and am going 55 miles an hour she runs fine except about every 10-15 seconds she gives a lurch or a buck? Is this a TP sensor problem or oxygen sensor? There are not many folks around here that work on Toyotas. Thanks guys!! Dan

Hi I never thought about that. The clutch is somewhat loose but she still shifts fine. Dan
