on the passenger side of the engine, on the block itself , there is , what looks like a vacumme nipple .. ????? in front of the engine mount /mid engine .

could be a coolant block drain , but i'm not sure ..... can someone confirm for me please .

 

Bingo, That's what it is.

Yep. Stick a hose on there and route it to a bucket. You should be able to see a bolt head next to that nipple. Turn that bolt head counter-clockwise, and it will open the drain.
