I have a 5-speed, but when I blew my engine, I got a automatic engine. Had to swap out all the different parts to convert to a manual configuration.

To do a 5-speed swap will require so many changes, other than just swapping the transmission. The ECU, sensors, wiring, adding all the additional parts already posted would make it too expensive to attempt, unless you aquired a donor rig cheap.
