4WD Conversion????

Hey everyone, I have to do an engine swap on my 96' 2WD b/c of previous owner neglect. In my other post the option to do a 4WD conversion was brought up.

What would be ALL the essential parts to do this on my 96' 3.4L 2WD be? Would I need to change drive lines for the rear and all that. It has always been a dream to do this so why not just do it all at once seeing how I have to have the engine out, why not.

Unless you find a complete donor car, it can get expensive.
-transfer case
-front axles
-front rotor's
-all shift levers
-front springs/struts (so it will sit correctly)

What else am I missing?

ive been thinkin about doing this myself. i believe your going to need a transfer case, transmission from a 4wd, shifters, front differential, cv's, driveshaft, and labor. i think you can get most of the stuff pretty cheap from a junkyard but unless you can do the swap yourself labor is gonna be expensive.
