3.4L clutch time

Ok its time to put a clutch in my truck. I called Joey at JToutfitters.com and unfortunatly they cannot get the complete ASCO kit anymore even though they still list it on their site. So I did some browsing and found www.clutchcityonline.com has a complete ASCO clutch kit for $240.

Has anyone dealt with this vendor before? Is this a good price?

I don't want to pay the $400+ to get from the dealer, that is why I am going with ASCO.
