my 99 is in service now for the t-belt and water pump. 92K miles and the service was voluntary. I don't want a surprise. I'll keep the old belt and pump with me for emergency breakage.

$550 for the service.

I had mine done at a dealership (Burt) for around that price. They only charged me labor because I bought the parts out of state from another dealership (no sales tax + free shipping!). Had my radiator hoses, pcv, thermostat, water pump, all belts done. Get everything done while they have it pulled apart and they won't ding you on the labor as much. Oh ya, serviced at ~123k. T belt looked new but the water pump was going.

is the water pump something that has to have the timing belt rmoved to get it off or is it something that can be done in a few hours time?

Got the truck back from the dealer. 5 hrs of service. $550 = 360 in labor + 290 in parts.

Looks like the water pump started to seep a bit. I have the old pump and old belt as an emergency field repair should one of the new ones break.
