2wd lifts?

I have 26" tires (1 ply sidewalls!) on the pup, they are to be replaced with 28" dualer a/t revos (235/70/15) do I need to regear? (I have a 5spd) Also, how much lift (if any) do I need? I am kind of hoping a body lift will be enough...actually come to think of it I'd hammer the **** out of the fenders if it came to that...

Hey!

I've got 235/70R15 tires on my 4Runner. I've got plenty of room left over and no rubbing. No need for a lift. You can go up to 31" (maybe 32"?) without a lift. As for the gearing, I don't really know. I don't have much expertise with manuals. Please post some pics when you get the tires on. I'm thinking about going to 31" tires, but with gas the way it is, I may just stick with some more aggresive 28" tires. I'd like to see how they look.

Well, hope that helps. Have fun.
