2nd Gen, Hella Vision Plus Conversion
This has been discussed before, but I couldn't find an answer to my question.
The Hella housings have a rectangular face, but my factory lights on my '95 runner are angled at the grill. I've read it's a direct swap for the H4 Vision Plus 200mm, but will they leave a gap between the lense and the grill?

I assume that your 95 has the composite (one-piece) headlamps already. Why would you want to go to the Hella Vision Plus headlights? I had the vision plus headlights but they cracked while 4 wheeling. I replaced them with the non DOT legal Euro ones that have the lead crystal lens, and I have a set of the clear acrylic self adhesive lense protectors 1/4" thick on them so hopefully they won't crack.

95 lights
I have the stock headlight lenses and the Silverstar bulbs installaled in my 95. I also have the headlight protector "tape" installed and have had no problems with rocks etc. It is easy to change bulbs to something you like without changing the lenses.

Yes Ohio, you can't change yours out.
'91 was the last year to use the replacable housings like I run.
I too run the non DOT Euro housings from Hella.
You would have to just replace the bulb in yours, you are stuck with the factory housings since they changed it in '92 to that style.
