My drivers window on my 1994 4Runner is just about dead. It makes a grinding sound like worn teeth on a gear. It will go down but usually wont go up unless forced. I have seen motors and regulators on ebay is this an easy fix? I tried searching and couldnt find anything...

It's easy to swap out. The grinding is either the teeth on the motor being stripped (most likely) or the regulator teeth. Pull the door panel and the plastic and have a look at it. Yoou should be able to see the motor with a flashlight and some contortions...
