22 re oil leak problem

Recently I replaced the oil pump o-ring, a new front seal along w/ a new harmonic balacer sleeve on my 86 Forerunner w/ a 22re . I brought it up to temp and drove it for about a 1/2 hour. No oil leaks. I started driving up a steep hill and when I returned home the engine had blown oil out again from somewhere in front of the engine. The oil seems to come out when the engine is under a load. Is the oil pressure valve faulty or possibly a sticky egr the problem? I'm out of answers

When was the last time you replaced the PCV valve? If there is too much pressure in the crankcase from blowby and the PCV valve is stuck, the oil could blow out the seals. It is very easy and inexpensive to try this idea.
