You will need to do some measuring. Do you have 15" or 16" wheels on your 4runner now? You will need to measure the backspacing on your wheels. I think 99s have the same as my 2000. The BS should be ~4 5/8". If the Taco wheels are the same of less then they should. (the BS on a 2001 4runner is different)
